San Diego's Event Rental Specialists
Reservations - A credit card is required for all reservations. A deposit may be required to hold the items you desire. Deposits are not refundable.
Delivery - We deliver all over San Diego and North County. Your delivery will be scheduled the night before your event and you'll receive a text message to let you know what time the driver should be there.
Delivery location - We are located in Escondido, California (North County, San Diego). For small bounce house orders we generally stay in the North County area. For large events we will go anywhere. If you are wondering if we service your location, just give us a call and ask.
Residential parties - Delivery can be any time between 9 am and 45 minutes before your party. We will be there, deliver, and set up and be gone by the start time on your rental agreement. For an approximate time of delivery, you'll receive a text message the night before.
Park parties- Delivery will be between 30 and 45 minutes before the start time of your party that is on your rental agreement.
Pick up - The driver will pick up at or after the end time of your party that is listed on your rental agreement. Parks - We will pick up within 30 minutes of the End Time on your rental agreement.
Payment - Payment is due at time of delivery. We accept cash only for private residential parties. No personal checks. Churches, Schools, and businesses should make prior arrangements at time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy -
Cancellation 14 days or more prior to your event - there will be no further charge other than the deposit.
Cancellation 8-13 days prior to your event - 50% of the order.
Cancellation 7 days or less 100% of the order.
Any fees incurred will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rain Cancellation Policy - We do not cancel reservations unless we determine it will be unsafe for the kids or our equipment. We will usually wait until the night before of the morning of to cancel. If we cancel your order, you will be refunded any deposit taken at time of reservation. If customers choose to cancel their event, please refer to our cancellation policy.
Release of Liability - Lessor is NOT responsible for injuries occurring to Lessee or to any persons using the leased property, and the Lessee further agrees to hold North County Jumpers free and harmless against any injury claims or property damage. By accepting these terms you indicate agreement with all the provisions in this lease and acknowledge that you will read, review, and follow all of the General rules posted on the rented equipment for Safe Operation.
Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Risk - There are inherent risks in the participation in or use of any amusement, recreational activity, ride, device, and attraction, including but not limited to inflatable jumpers, inflatable slides, inflatable obstacle courses, joust, bungee run, velcro wall, human hamster balls, sumo suits, bouncy boxing, etc...
It is impossible to eliminate all risks even when following all reasonable safety guidelines and precautions. By participating, you, the customer, patron, or guardian understand these inherent risks and by participation which includes rental and use of rented items, you agree and understand there may be injuries, which could be small, severe or even fatal. North County Jumpers is NOT liable for any injuries that may occur from use or participation in or around our inflatable jumpers, rides, and or equipment. Attendees play at their own risk. Supervision is required at ALL TIMES.
Access to deliver - Our delivery drivers use trucks and utility trailers to deliver the equipment. We need proper access to the driveway and the set up location.
Space needed - Inflatables need clear space around it for wiggle room and for us to set up and tear down.
Small Jumper 11x11 - we need a minimum clear space of 16x16 ft
Medium Jumper 13x13 - we need a minimum clear space of 19x19 ft
Large Jumper 15x15 - we need a minimum clear space of 20x20 ft
Combo Module Jumper - we need a minimum cleare space of 25x25 ft
Insurance - We are licensed and fully insured to set up any park, anywhere. If you or your business, church, school or organization wishes to have us additionally insure you, there is a $50 fee.
Surface to set up - We set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, wood deck, brick pavers, driveways, parking lots, etc. We DO NOT set up on dirt, rocks.
Cleanliness - We clean and sanitize all inflatables before each use. Typically our delivery drivers will vacuum the bounce house, then spray and wipe down after the party, then deflate the unit and roll it up. That way it's clean the next time it goes out.
Supervision - Supervision is required at all times for any jumper, obstacle, slide, attraction we have. Supervision must be by a responsible adult.
Stairs - We do not take inflatables up and down stairways. They are too heavy. Some combo jumpers weigh over 300 lbs
